Workshops
This is where the body learns to listen to itself
Some things arrive best when a small circle gathers, and others settle deepest in the stillness of one on one time. These workshops hold both possibilities, each one built around three to four hours together, where what your body and field already sense is given language, practice, and room to unfold further.
Offered as a small circle of four to five people, or as time held for you alone, and available as a stand alone offering, or as a next step following a session with me.
Workshops at Oceans Melody Aligned bring the principles of somatic healing, energy awareness, and nervous system regulation into a shared space. Whether you are new to this kind of practice or have been on the path for some time, there is a space available for you here.

Energy Protection Workshop
For anyone who leaves a room, a relationship, or a season feeling like something arrived home with them that belonged somewhere else. Here you will build a felt sense of your own edges, and a practice for returning to your field when the day has asked much of you.
Who this calls to: caregivers, parents, practitioners, anyone who sits close to another person's pain or process on a regular basis, anyone who has ever left an interaction feeling heavier than they arrived.
Arrival: Tea, settling, a name round, a grounding practice into the feet and belly, a short reflection on what protection has meant so far First movement: Sensing where your field ends and another's begins, felt before understood, through stillness practice and a partnered exercise Pause: Tea, movement, journaling Second movement: Practices for closing a session, a conversation, or a day, through gesture, breath, sound, and visualisation Third movement: Building a personal protection ritual, something short enough to return to daily Closing: Reflection circle, a closing acknowledgment
The container:
Held over 3 to 4 hours, small circle or one on one

Sensing and Reading Energy
A gentle opening into what you already sense underneath your thinking mind. Shifts in a room, in a body, in a moment before words arrive. This session gives shape and trust to instincts that have likely been present your whole life, waiting for permission rather than instruction.
Who this calls to: anyone curious about their own perception, anyone who has been told they are "too sensitive," practitioners early in their path, anyone who senses more than they can currently name.
Arrival: Tea, settling, a brief share of a moment each person has sensed something before they could explain it First movement: A body scan locating where sensing lives physically, then a partnered practice sensing subtle shifts in another's field at a distance, and closer Pause: Tea, a walk if the space allows, journaling Second movement: Reading a room, an object, a photograph, trusting the first impression before the mind edits it Third movement: Language building, moving instinct into words each person can carry forward and trust Closing: Circle share, a closing acknowledgment
The container:
Held over 3 to 4 hours, small circle or one on one

The Body as Compass
Your body speaks in tension, ease, warmth, and contraction long before your mind catches up. This session is a practice in listening to that language, so the wisdom your body offers becomes something you lean on daily rather than something you notice only in retrospect.
Who this calls to: anyone who has had a Mirimiri or Romiromi session and wants to keep listening to what surfaced, anyone disconnected from physical sensation, anyone ready to trust their body over their overthinking mind.
Arrival: Tea, settling, an opening question: where in your body do you already know things before you think them First movement: Slow somatic scan, naming sensation without judging it Pause: Tea, gentle movement, journaling Second movement: Translating sensation into decision making, a body based yes and hesitation, felt and compared with real questions each person brings Third movement: Building a daily check in practice, pausing to ask the body before the mind answers Closing: Circle share, a closing acknowledgment
The container:
Held over 3 to 4 hours, small circle or one on one

Held while you hold others
For the ones who hold everyone else. Mothers, caregivers, practitioners, anyone whose role places them close to another person's process on a regular basis, present for someone else's session and rarely offered a session of their own.
Who this calls to: parents and caregivers, practitioners, anyone who supports others professionally or within their family, anyone who has forgotten what it feels like to be the one held.
Arrival: Tea, settling, a share on what it feels like to be the support person rather than the one receiving support First movement: A body scan locating where you tend to absorb, and where you tend to give past your own limit Pause: Tea, movement, journaling Second movement: Combined protection and somatic practice, closing rituals, boundary gestures, and a body based check in, built for people in ongoing caregiving roles Third movement: Building a personal restoration practice, short enough to use between appointments, children, or clients Closing: Circle share, a closing acknowledgment honouring the ones who hold everyone else
The container:
Held over 3 to 4 hours, small circle or one on one

Animal Energy Sensing
For anyone who has ever looked into an animal's eyes and felt understood far beyond words. This session opens a practice in sensing what an animal already communicates through their body, their stillness, and their field, translating instinct into something you can trust and lean on.
Who this calls to: animal lovers, pet owners noticing changes in their animal, practitioners wanting to extend their sensing into animal sessions, anyone navigating a season with an ageing or unwell animal companion.
Arrival: Tea, settling, a share of a moment each person has already felt an animal's energy before any behaviour explained it First movement: A body based sensing practice, using a photograph or presence of an animal companion, noticing the shift in your own body as a response Pause: Tea, movement, journaling Second movement: Direct sensing practice, either with a live animal present or through guided distance sensing, tuning into stillness, field, and communication beyond behaviour Third movement: Building a daily check in practice with an animal companion, translating what is sensed into trust and action Closing: Circle share, tea, a closing acknowledgment
The container:
Held over 3 to 4 hours, small circle or one on one
Option to include a live animal component onsite for local participants, or held as a distance practice for anyone joining remotely.

Deepening Session
Available on request, following any of the five workshops above, for anyone ready to return and go further.
A smaller, quieter gathering, 2 to 3 hours, built around what surfaced the first time. Rather than new material, this session moves deeper into what already opened, with more time in stillness, more time in practice, and less time in explanation.
Every workshop is held as a small circle of four to five people, or as one on one time, whichever calls to you. Each one runs three to four hours, available as a stand alone offering or as a next step following a session together.
