Real change lives deeper than words can reach
I practice intuitively. From the moment someone walks into a session, I am listening with more than my ears. The body communicates constantly, and over years of practice I have learned to receive what it is saying and respond to what is actually present rather than what is being described. This is what makes holistic energy healing and bodywork different from anything that relies on talking alone.
Through Honohono, Mirimiri, and intuitive energy healing rooted in traditional Maori practice, each session creates the conditions for the nervous system to slow down and the body to release what it has been holding. When those conditions are in place, things shift in ways that are felt rather than explained. Tension softens. Emotions that have been frozen for a long time begin to move. People walk out feeling more like themselves than they have in years.
This is whole-body restoration that honours the living connection between emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and physical health. Holistic wellbeing is what becomes possible when all of those layers are tended to together, with patience and with presence.
Animals feel everything
They absorb the emotional atmosphere of the people and spaces around them, and they hold it in their bodies with nowhere to release it. When something is off with your animal, you feel it before you can explain it. That sensing is real, and it deserves to be taken seriously.
I have worked with dogs, cats, horses, and other animals both in person and through distance sessions, and the response is always immediate and deeply visible.
Animals do not perform wellness. When they settle,
you know it is real.
Sessions take place at your home or wherever your animal feels most comfortable.
Distance sessions are also available worldwide.

Workshops | Small circles with real depth
Some things are best explored together, in a small circle built around a single afternoon of practice. Five workshops, each three to four hours, each drawn from a different part of this practice. Held as a small circle of four to five people, or as time held for you alone.
